Professional Experience
Christopher Palmieri assists in the representation of clients in a variety of personal injury dispute and litigation. His work involves all phases of dispute resolution and litigation, and includes conducting legal research; drafting litigation-related documents, pleadings and pretrial motions; managing investigations and discovery; and assisting with and attending depositions, hearings and other judicial proceedings.
Christopher joins WCM after working as an intern at a commercial litigation firm. While, in law school, Christopher served as an Executive Board member for the Touro Law Review, as well as a student attorney with the Small Business and Not-For-Profit Clinic, where he drafted a variety of legal documents in the creation of Small Business’s and Not-For-Profit’s, as well as provided advice on business, corporate structures and tax matters. He also interned for the Honorable Conrad D. Singer, Nassau County Supreme Court, Youth Part.
