Erin Gallagher

Erin advises insurers on a wide variety of coverage matters. Her work includes reviewing insurance policies and contracts to determine an insurer’s obligations with regard to defense and indemnification.

Erin also assists with the litigation of general liability actions, by conducting investigation and fact analysis, performing legal research, and drafting litigation-related documents.

Erin attended Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she served as a Staff Editor for Temple Law Review. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert B. Kugler in the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, where she drafted legal memoranda in support of court orders and legal opinions.

Prior to attending law school, Erin served as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Aachen, Germany.
