Professional Experience
At WCM, Kendal L. Hutchings litigates general liability actions, including personal injury, property damage, and commercial disputes. Kendal’s work includes all aspects of these cases from inception through trial, including drafting pleadings and motions, attending depositions, performing legal research, attending hearings and mediations, and preparing for trial.
Kendal joined WCM as a law clerk and transitioned to associate after passing the bar. Throughout her professional career, Kendal has worked in a variety of legal positions exposing her to plaintiff-side litigation, criminal defense, education defense, and family disputes. During her time in the Villanova University Civil Justice Clinic, Kendal represented pro bono clients in property and housing disputes as a Certified Legal Intern. Kendal has also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Vikktoria Kristiansson in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
Professional Activities
Kendal is an active member of the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel and the Pennsylvania Bar Association in the Family Law and Young Lawyer Divisions.
