Professional Experience
At WCM, Matt:
- handles the defense of general liability actions, including product recall, premises liability, personal injury, bad faith, and property damages cases;
- handles complex construction defect litigation, including pressing declaratory judgment actions for additional insurance coverage;
- litigates complex defense matters involving catastrophic injuries and significant property losses;
- defends errors and omissions and other professional liability lawsuits; and
- resolves first and third-party insurance coverage disputes.
Professional Activities
Matt is a member of the Stonewall National Board, a non-profit that organizes events for LGBT causes.
Honors & Distinctions
At Temple University Beasley School of Law, Matt was an evening student and worked his way through law school, including clerking at WCM for two years. Matt attained the highest overall grade in his class in both Contracts and Election Law.
