Professional Experience
At WCM, Steve:
- handles a variety of general liability claims;
- litigates construction defect claims; and
- defends premises liability claims.
Before joining WCM, Mr. Kim was a litigation associate at a New Jersey insurance defense firm where he worked in the practice areas of general liability, premises and auto defense.
Honors & Distinctions
Steve graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law, where he was a member of the Justinian Honorary Law Society and the National Trial Team. He also received CALI awards in both Trial Practice and Family Law, and was a member of the Dean’s List.
