We work with Special Investigative Units and claims specialists to perform sophisticated fraud investigations that may include conducting examinations under oath, liaising with state and federal law enforcement agencies, and employing forensic experts in identifying and preventing fraud.

Our fraud practice includes assisting insurers in first party insurance claims involving property damage and personal injury, including claims of arson and theft; prosecuting and defending litigation arising out of fraudulent claims for coverage; and conducting internal investigations and audits to determine the presence, source and extent of fraudulent activity.
